Since the age of 15, DJ Rubin has performed 1000s (literally thousands) of parties. His experience as a Wedding DJ, and the experience he provides is truly one of a kind.

DJ Rubin met DJ Matty M as Matt was the opening set at their alma mater University of Connecticut’s HuskyTHON in 2020. (DJ Rubin has MC/DJ’d this event for over 3000 students raising millions for CT Children’s Hospital since 2009).

Rubin was so impressed with Matty’s abilities and music selection, that he let Matt have an extended set while Rubin led the crowd of thousands, and its been a perfect pairing ever since.

Matt M is DJ Rubin’s primary DJ Assistant to rock weddings.

As a solo DJ, Matt M crushes Proms, College Events, Clubs, and Private Parties.

Danny has the highest level of pedigree as an MC + DJ. Having performed over 1000s of weddings & events of his own company and several around the state of CT & NY for over 15 years, Danny provides unparalleled experience and professionalism to every party. With Danny as your MC/DJ, your party is guaranteed to rock.

NYCT DJs Founder DJ Rubin goes back over 18 years with DJ Danny, and is his closest DJ friend. They both started DJing together at the age of 15 for one of the largest DJ companies in the tri-state area. He is literally DJ Rubin’s MC/DJ Twin (no joke, people think they are actual brothers).

A master mixer of all genre’s of music, he can be found regularly at several bar/club residencies around the state.

Danny is also our dedicated Spanish speaking MC for our Hispanic clients that need their party to get ‘un poco loco’.

Dave Wurtzel is the founder of Edge Creative Media and videography partner of NYCT DJs. He has 12 years of wedding film making experience.

Beyond Dave’s Award Winning work, what sets him apart is the level of comfort brides, grooms, & guests feel with him and his team, so people can truly be as they are, and those special moments are captured candidly and authentically forever. He operates as a fly on the wall, delivering an aesthetic both in person and post-production that stands apart from the industry standard.

Dave W. and DJ Rubin met while both working for a shared wedding this past Summer 2023, and bonded over the same level of precision, care, and quality that each ensured for our clientele.

As NYCT DJs only aims to provide the best experience for our clients, it only made sense to partner, and offer a first class entertainment & videography experience like no other company can offer.
