1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NYCT DJs LLC website located at https://www.nyctdjs.com and your participation in SMS communications from NYCT DJs LLC (“NYCT DJs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting a form, or opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
2. SMS Messaging Program
NYCT DJs LLC offers two separate SMS programs, each requiring its own opt-in:
Transactional SMS: By opting in to transactional messages, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, event-day coordination, and customer service communications.
Marketing and Promotional SMS: By separately opting in to marketing messages, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to special offers, follow-up communications regarding inquiries, planning tips, event content, and other promotional content.
You may opt in to either program, both, or neither. Message frequency varies based on your event and interaction with our team.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and checking either or both consent boxes on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive the SMS messages described in Section 2 from NYCT DJs LLC.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. NYCT DJs LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier.
5. Opt-Out & Help Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying STOP will unsubscribe you from all SMS communications from NYCT DJs LLC, regardless of opt-in type.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Eligibility (Age Restriction)
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from NYCT DJs LLC.
8. Privacy
Your use of our SMS program and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://www.nyctdjs.com/privacy-policy.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data, will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent may only be shared with service providers, aggregators, and vendors required to deliver SMS messages on our behalf.
9. Changes to These Terms
NYCT DJs LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
